4.2. Production times are 10 to 20 business days.

4.3. Delivery times vary depending on the Buyer's location.

6.1. Products are neither exchangeable nor refundable. For hygiene reasons.

We are based in Canada, specifically in Winnipeg, from where packages are shipped. However, we also have a shipping point in France where a representative is responsible for shipping packages destined for Europe.
